all of you guys joining it's been
amazing I am getting so many amazing
messages from such amazing people thank
you so much everybody that is reaching
out to see if I am okay I appreciate it
I am so sorry I haven't been able to
comment back to everybody
I have literally for the last two days
have been doing nothing but sleeping
sleeping sleeping trying to get this
sickness gone
it has wiped me off my feet I could not
tell you when the last time I have
gotten this sick where I feel like my
energy is at a absolute zero like there
is no energy to do anything just to get
up and do my just the a few things that
I need to do during the day just to
function I can't hardly do so I just
want to thank everybody for reaching out
to me I truly appreciate it and I'm
seeing all of the messages and I will
try and get back to everybody each and
every person I am trying to get back to
you all but I just want you guys know
that I am seeing the messages um
yesterday was kind of a it was a flop
day when it comes to eating I just
because I've been so sick I have
absolutely no appetite I don't want to
eat anything but I know that I've got to
you know have something so I want to be
losing weight not putting my body into
starvation mode and then be you know not
that it would go into starvation mode I
know I could go days without eating I
know that but I don't want to set myself
back by under doing myself so I did make

excuse me I did make it was I just kind
of throw it together I didn't really
know what I was doing but I cut up some
carrots and I boiled them and then I put
them in a low-sodium chicken broth and I
brought that to a boil I put some
mushrooms in it leftover cabbage or
something oh and onion and I just ate
off of that pretty much all day
yesterday I really didn't want anything
really thick thick the carrots cooked
down really nice and soft so it was easy
to get down my throat so I ate well I
pretty much that's all I had yesterday
was just bowls of that today it is all
ready I want to say like almost three
o'clock and I've had a half of a
cucumber and a half cup of cottage
cheese that's it
that is what has been my day today so
far um I'm tempted to almost try and
make that soup again but I don't think I
have everything for it and there is no
way I'm gonna be able to go to the store
not today anyway so I don't know I'm
just trying to survive the next couple
of days with what I have in the house
because I don't have the energy to go to
the store and Ollie is working pretty
much from early morning to late night so
he really has no time to stop at the
store either and I would never ask him
to you especially because the amount of
hours he's working right now is just
yeah I would never say hey can you stop
and sort them on the way home but uh
anyway so other than that I mean I just
have been really trying to sleep I did
call my on-call nurse and I explained to
her over the phone of what my symptoms
have been how I've been feeling because
again I have to take the kids with me
when I go to the doctor's so if I can
eliminate them going to the doctors the
most I can are the best I can
that's what I'm trying to do I've done
that you know I try and make all my
doctor's appointments when all these
days are off that way either I watch the
kids while he has appointments or vice
versa six we really don't like taking
the kids into the doctor's unless it's
their appointment and that's just to
avoid them from picking up any extra
germs that are flying around because I
mean we already have enough in this
house we don't need to bring more in
so I called my on-call nurse and explain
to her what was kind of going on what my
fillings are explained to her I've had a
fever she said they've been seen a lot
of these cases this last couple of weeks
and it's basically it's a respiratory
infection type stuff so I would need to
be seen so that I can get on some
antibiotic so I'm waiting for them to
call me back and see if they can't get
me in on Ollie's day off so that way I
can go in and get some medicine onboard
but otherwise that's pretty much it
that's I mean there's not a whole lot we
can do right now because you know and I
mean I'm not the only one sick there are
so many people out there that are sick
and it's almost like the same symptoms
so I know whatever it is we all have it
and so it's just kind of like I'm in
survival mode it's just trying to make
it through the next couple of days I
definitely haven't given that a you know
like an excuse to like binge off or
anything like that because like I said I
haven't had an appetite to want to eat
much less eat crap like it just doesn't
even sound good food doesn't sound good
I will say I am really I am really
struggling in the liquid department like
drinking water I can't seem to get my
water in I don't know what I can do to
help that but I cannot for the life of
me get my water intake up
I bought that huge water
bottle and it's a great like I can
visually see how much water I'm drinking
with it and that's why I know I'm not
drinking enough and I'm just like
frustrated with myself because it's like
why
I'll just go all day without even taking
a sip of it and then by the time the
night time comes all looking up like oh
my god I've like only drink like this
much water for a whole day and you can't
go and try and make up your drinking
water pool you know amounts at night
time cos it you're gonna be up all night
going to the bathroom so I need to
really figure out a way to get myself
into a routine but that's kind of where
I'm at now with the the first week I
really wanted to just focus on my
transition from my amount of eating that
I was doing to now what I'm eating to
you know was switching from soda
drinking to water drinking and then on
top of it getting sick did not help the
situation or the transition any better
but starting this coming week is when I
start my working out and so this week
was moreso just transitioning into like
focusing on my diet now I did bring up
something to ollie
and I'm kind of nervous to bring it up
to you guys because I'm like this is
gonna be a challenge and it's gonna be a
hard challenge for me this is something
I was just like oh should I say it
should I not should I just do it and not
say anything to anybody just in case if
I can't do it but then it's like no
because if I don't tell you guys that
I'm not accountable but if I tell you
guys I know there's many eyes out there
watching me so I know I'm more opted to
stick to my guns
then slip up but I have to do a little
bit more grocery shopping because I'm
you know if I'm really gonna push for
this next thing but anyways I told Holly
I said hey I think I'm gonna challenge
myself on something for 30 days he said
what's that and I said I think I'm gonna
go 30 days zero carbs now when I say
zero carbs I'm talking like white flour
carbs like potatoes pasta rice bread I'm
not worried about like carbs
that are in like sauces or things like
that like I'm not doing that kind of
carb but I'm talking like I don't know
how to describe it but basically I'm
gonna do no bread no rice no pasta no
basically no white flour stuff and see
how I can do this and it's gonna be a
challenge but I am really gonna try and
do this I just want to see how I do I've
had a lot of people like Amy you need to
give keto a chance and I don't I don't
understand keto I have tried to
understand keto I don't understand the
whole macro micro cookie I don't know
what what it all is and how to figure
all that out it's too complicated for me
I need something easy I need something
that I'm just like okay I know how to do
this so anyway so I've told myself I
said I think that's something I want to
push for and I think I want to try and
do it so uh I don't really have a lot of
stuff that I can like do without having
a car mixed in it right now because I
wasn't doing like I was doing low carb
but I wasn't doing no carb so I kind of
have to figure out like my eating like
what food I have now that I need to like
switch up and get differently I can
still have a lot of stuff like for
breakfast I can have my sausage and I
can have an egg for lunch
you know I there's just I just gotta
figured I just got to play with it
that's clearly what I have to do but I
mean even lunch I can have solid with
chicken or fish or whatever and vice
versa for dinner I could do the same
thing so life is still workable I could
still do it it's gonna be a challenge
but I'm willing to take the challenge so
now I'm having you guys hold me
accountable because I'm telling you guys
and this isn't something I'm doing
forever
like that's not sustainable to me I know
that in life I'm gonna have those things
again
but I think eliminating it for a short
period of time will help boost my
metabolism I think it will help with my
weight loss and it will kind of clean my
body out and then when I do introduce it
back be very cautious how I introduce it
back and I might try to go for more of
the whole-wheat rather than regular
white so I'm thinking that's kind of
what I might give towards once I'm done
off of the thirty days so we'll see how
this all plays out you guys and I need
you guys to hold me accountable please
if you see something that's striking say
hey you're not supposed to be having
that because you know it's
accountability and that's why that is
why I like filming what I eat in a day
because there are things that some
people are like oh you know you could
have made this choice or instead of that
you could have had that and then it's
like oh yeah you know I never even
thought about that that's how we learn
especially for somebody that doesn't
know how to eat healthy so but yesterday
there just really wasn't anything to
show because like I said I didn't really
eat anything I just had that soup thing
that I made and that was it and there
was really nothing in that that would
have been it was just an altogether
thrown soup and then like today I like I
said I've only had a cucumber and some
cottage cheese I don't know what I'm
gonna have for tonight
I just don't know I need to probably
take some chicken breast out and do
something with some chicken but I don't
know I'm not hungry
but I know I need to eat something so
anyways I hope you guys are having a
wonderful wonderful end of your guys's
weekend I can't believe we're already
back up on Monday I was thinking all my
even thought today was Saturday he's
like no mom it's Saturday I'm like no
honey it's tomorrow school no mom it's
how do they like go check the calendar
it is not Saturday nice try babe so he
comes back oh it is almost Monday like
yes so I yeah I creeped up on us all
very quickly so I'm just
trying to take the energy I do have try
and clean up a little bit I need to
catch up on some laundry I've got
laundry back here that needs to be put
away and get everything situated for
tomorrow to start our new routine of
what we're gonna do I'm hoping tomorrow
I can start implementing some small
working out nothing really extravaganza
with me being sick I don't want to
overdo it and then set myself back
farther so but I definitely want to get
some movement in here somewhere because
it just needs to happen I think that
will even help me heal a little bit
better if I can just get moving and get
my blood flowing my heart pumping and
stuff like that so anyways I am done
jibber jabbering and chirping chirping
with you guys but I hope you guys are
having a blessed day today I will check
in with you guys tomorrow I don't know
how much I'm gonna have footage-wise for
tomorrow but like I said there's gonna
be days where I have long videos other
days I don't have very short videos some
days are gonna have lots of different
food items that I'm showing you other
days I don't know so these are just my
days this is how my days go I you know
